Choices Options for Women has been serving our clients since 1985! We have a team of consultants trained to respond to your unique and specific needs; body, mind and spirit, without judgement.

Our services are FREE so medical insurance is not required. We can provide you with proof of pregnancy through limited ultrasound along with options consulting, community resources and referrals.
